Collection & Delivery:
In today's busy environment we aim to make your life easier and relieve the burden on your leisure time and therefore offer a COLLECTION AND DELIVERY service in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. This service is available for either group or individual orders, from one item upwards. For individual orders (i.e. not communal collection points) you must first be a member of our cleaning club which offers some excellent benefits, including a personalised suit carrier to protect your garments, and exclusive offers. Individual Orders:
We currently operate two vans in and around Cardiff. For individual collections, just call 029 20633100 and we will arrange for your garments to be collected and returned at a time convenient to you. Alternatively, arrange collection online. Once you have joined the club, you will have your personalised suit carrier, and a simple list to complete with details of the goods requiring cleaning. Also you can note any special instructions or comments that you wish to make. Place these in the carrier and give them to our driver upon arrival. You will be given a receipt for the carrier. Once the carrier arrives at our Garment & Textile Care Centre, the contents of the bag will be checked against the list. If there are any discrepancies you will be contacted. The garments will be cleaned to our usual high standard and returned in your personal carrier with a new list for your next collection.
